A return must be within 14 days of your original order delivery
Items must be in their new / unused condition in the original protective packaging.
The product must be completely repackaged in the original packing materials for return.
The shipper will inspect and pick up the product to be returned.
All returns are subject to final inspections, 25% restocking fee, and all freight charges.
Round trip freight is the customer’s responsibility. Call Tags can be provided for an additional $15 each.
WHAT IS NOT RETURNABLE
Items not in their new/unused condition with original protective packaging.
Items damaged during return due to being improperly repackaged.
Special order/custom items including custom finished or individually customized wheels.
Wheels that have had tires mounted on them.
Wheels that have been installed, driven on, or have had their labels removed.
Wheels damaged by improper handling or installation/application.
