Returns Policy

Return Policy & Requirements

  • A return must be within 14 days of your original order delivery
  • Items must be in their new / unused condition in the original protective packaging.
  • The product must be completely repackaged in the original packing materials for return. 
  • The shipper will inspect and pick up the product to be returned.
  • All returns are subject to final inspections, 25% restocking fee, and all freight charges.
  • Round trip freight is the customer’s responsibility. Call Tags can be provided for an additional $15 each.

WHAT IS NOT RETURNABLE

  • Items not in their new/unused condition with original protective packaging.
  • Items damaged during return due to being improperly repackaged.
  • Special order/custom items including custom finished or individually customized wheels.
  • Wheels that have had tires mounted on them.
  • Wheels that have been installed, driven on, or have had their labels removed.
  • Wheels damaged by improper handling or installation/application.
  • If you need to return, exchange, or cancel an order, please contact Blackhorse Wheels by phone or email for instructions on canceling the order or returning wheels.
